Omega 3 And Healthy Diet

If we ever heard of omega-3 oils that can be found in fish and seafood. We call it "good" fats and some types of fats are essential fats we call it because our bodies can not produce. Therefore we must get from the food we eat.

Most doctors recommend us to eat fish about 2x a week. Fish such as salmon, mackerel and tuna are very helpful fulfillment of omega-3 to the needs of our bodies. If you are a vegetarian, you can consume flaxseed (buy at the supermarket) and plants Salba. Both these plants hard to find in Indonesia, therefore it is the vegetarians in Indonesia much omega-3 deficiency. Avocados, nuts also contain omega-3, but not as much as 2 plants.

Omega-3 is very helpful in terms of dietary fiber and a healthy diet. so it is important to us:
Make sure we get the benefit of "good" fats
Make sure we meet the need of nutrition and drinking water to our body's cells
Make sure we get quality sleep
Regular exercise
Eat regularly (do not starve)
