Delicious food
Good food by health practitioners usually contain high sugar, salt, flour, fat, preservatives, MSG, but less fiber. Good food is not necessarily good for your health, even it can bring adverse effects that harm. People prefer a strong sense of the sweetness of the food because it is more delicious, more like a salty or contain MSG because it is more savory taste, and would prefer fried foods because the fat that makes delicious food than boiled. Compared to eat fruit or water people prefer foods that cause appetite. White rice better than brown rice, bread and cake is more delicious than the sweet potato and cassava, sweet drinks better than a drink without sugar.

Too often many a good meal can give adverse effects to the body even in the short term eg over tiredness, stomach becomes distended and also cause abdominal pain. One important thing I noticed is that many of our society has lost its way to run a healthy living with, is already undergoing a process of 'brainwashing' continuously through various media that uses the latest marketing technology to offer the product.

Here are some health Danger due to frequently eat well:

Heart disease.
Sugar and fat can also cause a buildup of cholesterol in the blood vessels that can cause heart disease. This is usually often contained in processed foods ready to eat (junk food) or fried foods.

Hypertension (high blood pressure).
Excess salt intake can increase blood pressure in the body or which is called hypertension. Hypertension is a risk factor for coronary heart disease (CHD) and stroke.

Obesity.
One of the most common dangers of consuming too much sugar, flour and fat are overweight. Over time, excessive weight gain will lead to obesity, which is a condition associated with a variety of other health problems including heart disease, diabetes type 2 (due to lifestyle) and cancer.

Type 2 diabetes.
Type 2 diabetes is a degenerative disease that has increased due to increased frequency of sugar consumption. It occurs when the insulin receptor in cells no longer respond to insulin produced by the pancreas, so that the cells are less able to get energy from food consumed.

Premature aging.
Acceleration of cell division due to eating lots of sugar also can have a negative impact on aging and age range. Aging is the result of a complex chemical reaction that links sugar and protein (which build tissues and organs).
